About the role
- Diagnostic Coordinator launching and delivering IT surveys for Info-Tech Research Group. Managing client timelines, survey software, deliverables, and results delivery remotely in Canada.
Responsibilities
- Launch and deliver a range of IT surveys, including CIO Business Vision, IT Staffing, and IT Management & Governance
- Conduct launch calls with clients to establish survey timelines and requirements
- Build, test, launch, and manage surveys using proprietary survey software
- Prepare client deliverables and schedule/support results delivery
- Respond to questions and manage expectations while maintaining a high standard of service
- Maintain quality assurance/control processes
- Identify opportunities for process and product improvement
- Support team initiatives related to marketing, content, product enhancement, and related areas
Requirements
- 1–3 years of experience
- Undergraduate degree
- High proficiency with Microsoft Suite, specifically Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
- Experience with technology surveys and/or research is desirable
- Experience with survey software is desirable
- Experience with quality assurance practices is desirable
- Experience with Salesforce is desirable
- Experience or exposure to IT is desirable
- Bilingual proficiency in French, Spanish, or German is preferred
