Responsibilities
- Fournir de la formation et de l’éducation aux clients actuels ou potentiels sur l’utilisation des produits médicaux du client
- Collaborer avec les représentants des ventes et le Consultant en soins infirmiers afin de soutenir les activités de formation, les évaluations de produits et les initiatives visant à maximiser la satisfaction de la clientèle
- Agir à titre d’expert clinique et de spécialiste des produits auprès des professionnels de la santé et des établissements de soins
- Animer et diriger des séances de formation et d’éducation lors d’évaluations, de conversions de produits ou d’activités de dépannage
- Offrir un soutien clinique et technique relativement aux produits, répondre aux questions des utilisateurs et assurer un suivi approprié au besoin
- Servir de personne-ressource et de mentor en matière de produits lors des activités de formation et d’accompagnement des utilisateurs
- Travailler sous la supervision du Consultant en soins infirmiers, en collaboration avec les représentants des ventes du client
Requirements
- Bilinguisme (français et anglais) requis
- Expérience confirmée en milieu hospitalier et clinique
- Infirmier(ère) autorisé(e) avec permis valide dans la province
- Diplôme technique en soins infirmiers requis; baccalauréat préféré
- 2 à 4 ans d’expérience clinique pertinente
- Maîtrise de l’utilisation des pompes IV et des cathéters intraveineux
