About the role

  • Talent Acquisition Advisor managing full-cycle recruitment for Indero, a Canadian clinical-trials CRO. Partnering with hiring managers on sourcing, screening, employer branding, and onboarding.

Responsibilities

  • Act as a business partner to hiring managers in attracting and selecting top talent
  • Manage the full-cycle recruiting process and candidate experience
  • Develop and execute sourcing and recruiting plans with hiring managers
  • Identify position requirements and appropriate sourcing strategies and channels
  • Coach hiring managers on recruitment best practices
  • Coordinate job postings and candidate statuses in the Applicant Tracking System
  • Conduct screening interviews, validate skills, fit and language, and prepare shortlists
  • Serve as the point of contact for candidates throughout recruitment
  • Maintain talent acquisition application systems and recruitment accounts
  • Manage pre-employment processes, including background checks and references
  • Support employer branding initiatives and establish social media strategies for open positions
  • Proactively source talent using appropriate platforms
  • Develop and update recruiting reports and analytics
  • Lead and participate in talent acquisition projects and initiatives
  • Prepare offer details for offer letters and employment contracts
  • Collaborate with the HR Business Partner to transition candidates into onboarding

Requirements

  • University degree in Human Resources, administration, psychology, or another relevant field of study
  • 3-5 years’ experience recruiting in-company
  • Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems and candidate sourcing
  • Bilingual in French and English, both written and spoken
  • Good knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word and Outlook)
  • Demonstrated ability to develop creative strategies and approaches for recruiting and identifying exceptional talent
  • High degree of confidentiality, professionalism and diplomacy
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
  • Good knowledge of good clinical practices and applicable Health Canada and FDA regulations/guidelines
  • Legally authorized to work in Canada
