Responsibilities
Be an integral part of defining and own the product vision, roadmap, and operating model for our central document management services
Translate enterprise needs (risk, compliance, legal, audit, security, business units) into a cohesive, scalable platform strategy that delivers measurable outcomes
Foster a great work environment by mentoring emerging leaders and managers, attracting developing, and retaining outstanding talent
Partner closely with executive stakeholders and cross-functional teams to understand needs, prioritize value, and ensure adoption and satisfaction
Establish clear success metrics (availability, performance, time-to-publish, search relevance, policy governance KPIs, user satisfaction) and drive continuous improvement
Own end-to-end platform reliability: architecture, security, scalability, cost, and operational resilience
Communicate priorities, progress, and risks transparently to executives and stakeholders
Build strong relationships across business units, technology, and shared services to accelerate execution and adoption
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in software engineering, Computer Science, or equivalent mix of education and experience
10+ years in software development with hands-on Agile/Scrum experience; 5+ years leading one or more software development teams at scale
Track record leading platforms or products with high availability, strong security, and complex stakeholder environments; experience with content/document management or knowledge management systems is a strong asset
Proven success managing budgets for large projects/portfolios and optimizing cost-to-serve (e.g., cloud spend, licensing, support models)
Demonstrated success managing production operations, SLAs/SLOs, incident/problem management, and continuous improvement
Strong product mindset: ability to balance user experience, governance, security, and delivery speed
Strong program/project management at scale: portfolio planning, roadmap execution, dependency/risk management, and stakeholder alignment
Inspirational leader who builds inclusive, respectful, and high-performance cultures
Excellent communication and influence skills with executives and cross-functional teams; ability to simplify complexity and drive alignment
Bilingualism (French and English). For candidates located in Quebec, bilingualism is required considering the necessity to interact on a regular basis with English speaking colleagues across the country
