- Provide proactive and reactive support for production systems
- Resolve incidents, problem tickets, and defects by proposing creative solutions

- Support a variety of projects and enhancements
- Take ownership of the team’s tasks and deliverables
- Ensure open incident records are updated regularly
- Create and update maintenance procedures and documentation
- Support production system deployments to ensure their functionality
- Make recommendations to improve system development and maintenance processes
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Software Engineering, Computer Science, or related fields or equivalent combination of education and experience
- 5 years of experience or more in iOS mobile application development
- Strong knowledge of SwiftUI and Concurrency (async/await) is required
- Knowledge of Core Data, REST, and analytics is a plus
- Knowledge of SPM (Swift Package Manager) is a plus
- Bilingualism is required for candidates located in Quebec to interact with English-speaking colleagues
- Must be eligible to work in Canada
