About the role

  • Chef.fe d’équipe managing client portfolios and digital marketing strategy at Digitad, a Quebec digital performance agency. Leading advisors, quality control, reporting, retention, and growth initiatives for major SME and enterprise clients.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and grow a client portfolio, including identifying upsell and cross-sell opportunities, providing strategic advice, troubleshooting, and client onboarding
  • Prepare and deliver strategic presentations: kick-offs, performance reviews, and proactive planning
  • Contribute to strategic projects related to new products, the advisory services team, and internal or client-facing processes
  • Ensure successful delivery of client mandates in SEO, advertising, social media, and website launches/delivery
  • Monitor on-time delivery of engagements and identify accounts that are over- or under-performing
  • Collaborate with strategy teams to develop client recommendations
  • Analyze results, present monthly reports, and participate in annual client meetings
  • Stay up-to-date with industry best practices
  • Support team structuring, internal projects, implementation of AI tools, and the creation of templates
  • Directly manage the team of Digital Advisors and Senior Digital Advisors for the large SME and enterprise portfolio
  • Oversee the team's client portfolio and step in when accounts require escalation or hands-on management
  • Be present for key client moments, including annual renewals and upsell opportunities
  • Support the team in achieving upsell, retention, and utilization targets

Requirements

  • Proven experience in account management, client relations, and portfolio management
  • Agency experience is a strong asset
  • Solid understanding of digital marketing, advertising platforms, and analytics tools, including GA4
  • Excellent organizational and planning skills
  • Results-oriented approach
  • Ability to synthesize information and communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
  • Bilingual in French and English
  • Highly organized with impeccable attention to detail
  • Strong interpersonal skills with clients and internal stakeholders
  • Flexible and adaptable in a fast-paced, unpredictable environment
  • Performance- and results-driven
