• Handle inbound customer inquiries and support requests in written and verbal French and English
• Proactively reach out to customers requiring assistance or account reviews
• Communicate directly with customers to identify their goals, direct them to best practices, and answer product questions
• Assist in developing best practices for handling support requests
• Assist the Team Lead in retention and upselling
• Report to the Manager of Support and collaborate with customer success managers and onboarding managers
• Work in a progressive and challenging environment
