About the role

Responsibilities
- Create and iterate on landing pages and microsites for paid traffic campaigns (Meta Ads, Google Ads, TikTok Ads)
- Develop high-performance interfaces using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
- Build integrations and automations between marketing tools (APIs, webhooks, Zapier, Airtable, or similar tools)
- Use no-code/low-code tools to accelerate builds
- Implement tracking and conversion measurement (Google Tag Manager, pixels, custom events)
- Ensure performance, Core Web Vitals, technical SEO, and GEO
- Collaborate directly with media buyers and the marketing team to optimize campaigns
- Ensure pages and funnels comply with Meta and Google advertising policies
- Create and support CRO experiments, including A/B testing, heatmaps, and conversion analysis
- Version code and collaborate using Git/GitHub
Requirements
- Experience creating landing pages for performance marketing campaigns
- Proficiency in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
- Experience with no-code/low-code tools (Lovable, Webflow, Unbounce, or similar tools)
- Experience with marketing tracking (GTM, pixels, conversion events)
- Solid knowledge of technical GEO (semantic structuring, optimization for generative engines, and data retrieval and organization for AI)
- Understanding of acquisition funnels and marketing metrics
- Knowledge of Meta and Google Ads policies
- Ability to iterate quickly based on data
- Use of Git for version control (simple branches, commits, and pull requests)
