About the role

  • Technical Account Manager owning enterprise and public-sector mobile-security deployments for iVerify. Driving adoption, threat guidance, integrations, renewals, and product feedback.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary technical point of contact for named accounts from onboarding through renewal
  • Own customer deployments end to end, including MDM/UEM configuration, enrollment strategy, SIEM and identity integrations, MTD connectors, and rollout planning
  • Run recurring technical reviews and health checks, identify adoption gaps, and drive them to resolution
  • Triage, escalate, and manage technical issues to closure with Support and Engineering
  • Advise customers on detected threats, including triage, containment, and follow-up investigation, with the Threat Ops team
  • Diagnose and proactively address blind spots in personal expertise through self-directed learning
  • Partner with Product and Engineering to surface field intelligence that shapes the roadmap
  • Maintain deployment guides, integration references, runbooks, and FAQs with Support and Solutions
  • Support expansion and renewal motions with Account Executives through technical validation of new use cases
  • Travel to customer sites for onsite workshops, business reviews, and events

Requirements

  • Hands-on experience with Intune, Jamf, Workspace ONE, Hexnode, and similar platforms
  • Deep familiarity with Apple/Android mobile supervision, enrollment (ADE/DEP, Android Enterprise), and ownership modes
  • Working knowledge of compliance policies, conditional access, app protection policies, and BYOD architecture
  • Solid grasp of the mobile threat landscape, including app risk, smishing, spyware, and zero-click exploits
  • Ability to discuss mobile security's place in the broader security stack, including SIEM, XDR, SOAR, and identity
  • Comfortable holding technical conversations with security architects or SOC leads
  • 5+ years in a customer-facing technical role at a security or enterprise software company
  • Track record of owning technical outcomes for enterprise accounts
  • Strong technical writing skills for runbooks, integration guides, and customer-facing summaries
  • Ability to manage competing priorities across multiple accounts and communicate clearly during escalations
  • Executive presence and adaptable communication style
  • Fluent English
  • Authorized to work in the country where based
  • Able to travel
  • Experience with mobile threat defense or endpoint security products in production environments (nice to have)
  • Familiarity with Zimperium, MS Defender for Mobile, Lookout, and Zscaler (nice to have)
  • Experience with NIS2, GDPR, DORA, FedRAMP, or CMMC in a customer advisory context (nice to have)
  • Background supporting cybersecurity, government, defense, or financial services customers (nice to have)
