Requirements
- A university degree in Computer Science or a related STEM field plus approximately 5+ years of experience
- Significant depth in at least one technical domain, with demonstrated ability to independently design, build, and deliver medium-complexity projects or services with minimal course correction from senior leadership
- Strong working knowledge of modern development workflows, generative AI tools, and how to use them effectively
- Experience making sound architectural and technical trade-offs in ambiguous situations, with a clear track record of writing secure, maintainable, and reliable code across the full SDLC
- Demonstrated ability to mentor and uplevel more junior engineers through example, code review, and collaboration
