About the role
- Senior Product Manager building Jobber’s AI automation platform for home service businesses. Shipping automations and evaluation tools that help providers save time and operate more efficiently.
Responsibilities
- Build a deep understanding of home service businesses and the repeated work that consumes their week
- Own the automation platform, including how automations are authored, executed, evaluated, and improved
- Make it fast and cheap for Jobber teams to ship automations
- Build high-impact automations and make them easy for service providers to find, enable, and trust
- Build an Evals platform to support iteration and continuous improvement of automations
- Bring product requirements to the AI Foundations engineering team
- Define metrics for automation-building cost and speed, engagement, and library growth
- Open the platform so service providers can create their own automations
- Participate in interviews, a take-home challenge, and leadership discussions as part of the hiring process
Requirements
- 5+ years of product management experience
- Evidence of shipping real AI products and seeing them through to long-term outcomes
- Experience building an AI platform that was genuinely adopted through advocacy, tooling, and documentation
- Experience shipping LLM-backed or ML-backed products
- Track record of making a contested technical decision and making it stick
- Comfort thinking in unit economics
- Experience with agent frameworks, tool calling, or evaluation and observability systems for AI
- Experience with workflow automation, or no-code and low-code builder products
- Experience in home services, field service, or SMB software
