About the role

  • Senior Product Manager owning Jobber Supply strategy, integrations, pricing, materials, and purchasing. Connecting home service businesses with supplier ecosystems to improve profitability.

Responsibilities

  • Build a deep understanding of home service businesses and how they source, price, order, and track materials
  • Drive complex, business-critical Supply product initiatives
  • Define the vision, strategy, and roadmap spanning supplier catalogs, materials management, and job costing
  • Prioritize opportunities into a cohesive product roadmap aligned with customer needs, supplier partners, business goals, and the competitive landscape
  • Synthesize learnings across the material ecosystem into common-denominator product investments
  • Balance short-term wins with long-term strategic bets across workflows
  • Partner with Business Development, Sales, Success, Product Marketing, and other departments to launch and scale ideas
  • Define and monitor product metrics across discovery, adoption, revenue, and engagement
  • Intervene when initiatives are not tracking with business goals
  • Engage and cultivate relationships with service professionals and supplier partners
  • Influence shared cross-team directions and manage risks or trade-offs
  • Communicate with leadership stakeholders and drive alignment across multiple teams
  • Own the strategy and execution behind Jobber Supply, including supplier catalog integrations, real-time and account-specific pricing, materials and cost management, and purchase orders

Requirements

  • 5+ years of product management experience, with evidence of shipping real products and seeing them through to long-term outcomes
  • Experience taking a new product or product area from zero to one
  • Ability to shape strategy amid ambiguity, validate direction with customers, and earn adoption
  • Track record of influencing roadmap decisions across teams without direct authority
  • Ability to use customer evidence and business cases to influence decisions
  • Experience building on or integrating with external platforms and partners, including catalogs, APIs, commerce, or marketplace-style products
  • Comfort operating across a broad product surface
  • Experience in home services, construction, distribution, or supply chain environments is a bonus
  • Familiarity with partnership or BD-adjacent product work is a bonus
  • Experience with pricing, job costing, or margin-focused products is a bonus
  • Candidates must be based in Edmonton, Toronto, Vancouver, or Kitchener-Waterloo
  • Legally entitled to work in Canada
  • Must be able to attend the office at least 1 day per week according to the department schedule
  • Must be able to complete a background check
