About the role

  • Senior Product Manager growing Jobber’s AI teammate for home service businesses. Owning acquisition, onboarding, activation, retention, and monetisation of AI adoption.

Responsibilities

  • Build a deep understanding of home service businesses and what makes them change how they work
  • Own the Teammate growth model end to end: discovery, onboarding, first value, habit, and advocacy
  • Drive net-new acquisition and existing-customer conversion as one strategy
  • Build AI onboarding and activation directly and iterate with real customers
  • Define metrics showing whether Teammate is changing how service providers run their businesses
  • Act when growth and adoption metrics are not moving
  • Build evidence of Teammate’s value and a clear path to monetisation
  • Partner with Growth, Product Marketing, and Marketing
  • Participate in interviews and a take-home challenge as part of the hiring process

Requirements

  • 5+ years of product management experience
  • Evidence of shipping real AI products and seeing them through to long-term outcomes
  • Experience owning an AI adoption curve end to end, from acquisition through activation to retention
  • Track record of taking AI products from early adopters to mainstream usage inside an existing customer base
  • Comfort with products whose behaviour is non-deterministic
  • Judgment to design around a first impression that cannot be fully controlled
  • Ability to thrive in change and ambiguity
  • Experience in home services, field service, or SMB software is a bonus
  • Background in product-led growth with both self-serve and sales-assisted motions is a bonus
  • Legally entitled to work in Canada
  • Successful completion of a background check, including identity verification
  • Ability to be based in Edmonton, Toronto, Vancouver, or Boston and attend the office at least 1 day per week according to the department schedule
