Responsibilities
Lead product strategy and execution for Jobber’s Voice products
Turn Receptionist from an early-adopter product into one used daily by the majority of Jobber customers
Define and execute the roadmap for Receptionist and new Voice products
Balance short-term wins with long-term innovation
Understand small business owners and office managers
Synthesize market, regulatory, and customer data into product decisions
Prioritize user and business impact for small business customers
Collaborate with domain experts across Voice AI, telephony, and communications products
Act as the voice of the customer
Build the foundation for a multi-product communications strategy
Scale the Voice product business and team
Requirements
Senior-level product management experience with evidence of shipping products and achieving long-term outcomes
Experience owning a revenue line, including attach rate, pricing, or packaging
Experience shipping and improving a production LLM or ML feature or product
Technical depth to partner in architectural conversations about models, prompts, and pipelines
Background in telephony or contact center technology, including SIP, IVR, call routing, carrier and number registration (highly desired)
Experience with consumer-facing conversational products (highly desired)
Familiarity with vertical SaaS, SMB, or home and field services (highly desired)
Experience scaling products from 0 to 1 and beyond (highly desired)
Legally entitled to work in Canada
Able to attend the office at least 1 day per week according to the department schedule
Able to attend one in-person interview at the nearest Jobber office
