About the role

  • Medical Affairs Co-op supporting clinical evidence, publications, and medical strategy for Kardium’s Globe Pulsed Field System. Hybrid role in Burnaby, BC.

Responsibilities

  • Analyze clinical and scientific data for abstracts, publications, and regulatory reports
  • Conduct literature reviews and competitive analysis in the atrial fibrillation market
  • Support preparation, writing, and review of clinical study protocols, reports, and publications
  • Support conference preparation, including presentations and recorded procedures
  • Assist with medical and scientific materials for healthcare professionals, regulatory agencies, patients, and other stakeholders
  • Assist in developing and executing medical affairs strategies and plans
  • Investigate and collect commercial and clinical data using Globe Software

Requirements

  • Interest in healthcare and medical device development
  • Basic knowledge of anatomy and physiology
  • Excellent communication skills, particularly scientific writing
  • Ability to conduct literature reviews and communicate findings
  • Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy and organization
  • Skills in statistical analysis and data visualization
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel or similar data tools
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Positive, proactive attitude and ability to execute tasks independently
  • Demonstrated success working in a team setting
  • Candidates must be legally entitled to work in Canada
