About the role

  • Growth Marketing Manager driving ARR for Keyfactor, a trust-infrastructure provider for AI and machines. Building PLG Test Drive and enterprise ABM demand-generation programs.

Responsibilities

  • Drive ARR through enterprise named account campaign execution and product-led growth via Keyfactor’s Test Drive program
  • Own demand generation programs end-to-end, including planning, execution, optimization, and reporting
  • Build and scale the PLG growth motion and systematic growth loops driving user acquisition, activation, and conversion to pipeline
  • Design and deliver multi-channel digital marketing programs for prospects within the Named Account Model
  • Partner with Field Marketing, SDR, and Sales to support personalized ABM activations for priority accounts
  • Analyze performance daily/weekly and produce insights, actionable next steps, and KPI dashboards tied to engagement, funnel metrics, opportunity ARR, and revenue
  • Run continuous experiments to improve engagement rates, pipeline quality, and sales impact
  • Collaborate with Performance Marketing, Marketing Operations, Web, Content, Field, Customer, Brand, Product Marketing, SDR, and Sales teams
  • Deploy AI and automation across campaign ideation, planning, content and creative development, deployment, and optimization
  • Champion AI and automation best practices across the team

Requirements

  • 2–4+ years of experience in growth marketing or demand generation
  • Demonstrated experience running PLG programs or self-serve trial/freemium motions alongside enterprise campaign execution
  • Hands-on experience in Enterprise B2B Growth and ABM
  • Fluency in advanced segmentation and dynamic campaign orchestration using firmographic and behavioral data and signals
  • High data fluency and experience with multi-touch attribution models and marketing analytics tools such as Dreamdata and DOMO
  • SQL or BI experience is a plus
  • Demonstrated use of AI and automation in omnichannel marketing workflows
  • Proficiency with HubSpot, Salesforce, and ABM tools
  • Strong project management skills and ability to manage multiple high-priority programs simultaneously
  • Prior cybersecurity, SaaS, or enterprise technology experience preferred
