• Lead the relaunch and expansion of La Senza Canada and DIM Brands International within the Canadian wholesale market
• Establish and grow partnerships with new and existing accounts throughout Canada
• Act as the primary point of contact for buyers
• Enhance existing customer relationships and expand distribution to new accounts and channels
• Develop new relationships by targeting key markets, channels, and customers
• Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue and profitability targets
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities aligned with brand goals
• Analyze sales data and market trends to inform pricing, assortment, and promotional strategies
• Identify new business channels and strategies to increase sales
• Service accounts to ensure order timeliness and accuracy
• Serve as a brand ambassador for La Senza and DIM
• Collaborate with internal teams to develop and present customized proposals and marketing plans
• Work with marketing, merchandising, and supply chain teams to execute account strategies
• Provide regular updates to Brand Leadership on sales performance, market opportunities, and account progress
• Build a tailored wholesale offering for Canada
• Monitor competitive activity, industry trends, and customer preferences to identify growth opportunities and risks
• Report directly to the Head of La Senza
• Travel 30% within Quebec and Canada
