About the role
- Part-time Product Specialist supporting customers and sales at Skechers, a global footwear, apparel, and accessories brand. Handling merchandise, cashier duties, and store operations in Mississauga.
Responsibilities
- Engage with customers and provide personalized advice on Skechers products
- Contribute to store and individual retail sales goals
- Organize displays, restock shelves, and manage merchandise
- Lift and carry shoes and boxes, with occasional lifting up to 50 pounds, and remain on feet throughout most of the shift
- Accurately process customer payments and perform cashier duties
- Maintain product knowledge of Skechers footwear, apparel, and accessories
- Collaborate with other employees to create an inviting store environment meeting company standards
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred but not required
- Experience in retail sales, customer service, or cashier roles is a plus but not essential
- Must be at least 18 years of age at time of application
- Flexible schedule with evening and weekend availability
- Reliable, detail-oriented, and comfortable with cashier responsibilities
- Eager to deliver top-notch customer service in an entry-level retail role
- Driven to meet and exceed retail sales goals
- Excitement to represent the Skechers brand with energy, enthusiasm, and a sense of urgency
