About the role

  • Global Sales Recruiter advising Level Access’s SaaS revenue organization on worldwide sales hiring. Optimizing recruiting through analytics, automation, responsible AI, and inclusive talent strategies.

Responsibilities

  • Act as a trusted advisor to sales and RevOps leadership in North America and EMEA, aligning talent strategies with revenue targets, market conditions, and global expansion goals
  • Manage full-cycle recruitment for business development, account executive, sales leadership, and revenue operations roles across multiple geographies
  • Drive measurable improvements in hiring processes and talent outcomes for revenue-impact roles
  • Influence quarterly workforce planning and growth strategies
  • Use recruiting analytics and process insights to monitor search health and identify friction points
  • Propose scalable process improvements
  • Apply approved automation and AI tools while validating outputs and safeguarding compliance, fairness, and confidentiality
  • Test and recommend new workflows and sourcing methods
  • Share lessons learned and promote recruiting best practices
  • Implement inclusive sourcing strategies and partner with internal DEI programs
  • Build talent pools through advanced sourcing, market intelligence, and proactive candidate engagement
  • Advise hiring leaders on global compensation frameworks, currency, local market trends, and regulatory compliance
  • Maintain a high-touch, culturally attuned candidate experience across borders

Requirements

  • Proven success in recruiting for sales and revenue-critical roles globally within SaaS or enterprise technology environments
  • Expertise applying recruiting analytics, automation, and responsible AI technologies to optimize processes and improve outcomes
  • Sourcing skills and familiarity with applicant tracking systems (Greenhouse preferred)
  • Strong capability to influence leadership decisions and collaborate across regions and functions
  • Deep understanding of sales metrics, quotas, incentive programs, and compensation structures
  • Exceptional communication and negotiation skills, with experience operating in complex global and matrixed organizations
