- Android Engineer developing commerce experiences for Lime's new customer initiatives by delivering software solutions. Collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance user engagement and experience.
Responsibilities
- Deliver software enabling new customer initiatives and own the balance between time to launch, ability to pivot, and ability to scale
- Learn from our customers by shipping software and understanding the market environment
- Collaborate with coworkers in Product, Design, Data, and Operations
- Mentor individuals at Lime and participate in learning, growth, and improvement activities
- Engage in the shaping of Lime's Engineering culture.
Requirements
- 2+ years of industry professional software development experience
- Strong background and proven leadership in Android software development
- Owner's mindset: you're focused on outcomes and can solve problems to get there
- Data driven: You instrument your work for decision making, you can reason through data to learn from our customers
- Excellent communication skills and effective management of competing priorities
- Experience with mobile testing frameworks and services.
