About the role
- Staff ERP Application Engineer for Oracle Fusion Cloud at Lime. Leading architecture, design, and implementation of Oracle Fusion systems focusing on Order Management and Revenue platforms.
Responsibilities
- Act as the principal technical architect for Oracle Fusion Cloud, leading end-to-end implementation and engineering projects
- Design, configure, and optimize end-to-end processes across Oracle Order Management, Subscription Management, Revenue Management Cloud Service (RMCS), Accounts Receivable, Collections, Financial Fusion Accounting Hub (FAH), and General Ledger
- Define and govern the transaction architecture for usage-based billing
- Translate accounting policy and commercial constructs into system design for ASC 606 / IFRS 15 scenarios
- Own subledger-to-GL architecture across AR, RMCS, FAH, and Oracle GL
- Architect robust integrations between Oracle Fusion and surrounding platforms
- Serve as the design authority during various implementation phases
- Partner with cross-functional teams to translate complex commercial constraints into scalable technical solutions
- Establish and enforce rigorous development and coding standards for Oracle extensions and reports
- Provide technical mentorship to junior and mid-level engineers
- Stay at the forefront of Oracle quarterly releases, evaluating new features and recommending innovations
Requirements
- 10+ years of total ERP engineering experience
- 7+ years of dedicated technical expertise architecting and developing solutions within Oracle Fusion Cloud
- Deep functional and technical knowledge across Oracle Order Management, Subscription Management, Revenue Management Cloud Service (RMCS), Accounts Receivable, Collections, Financial Fusion Accounting Hub (FAH), and General Ledger
- Experience designing scalable accounting and revenue solutions for high-volume transactional environments
- Strong experience integrating Oracle Fusion with OIC, Boomi, APIs, file-based interfaces, payment/settlement systems, tax engines, CRM/CLM platforms, and external general ledger/reporting ecosystems
- 2+ end-to-end Oracle Fusion implementations or major transformations covering OTC, subscriptions, revenue accounting, or finance architecture.
- Expert-level SQL/PL-SQL skills with deep database management experience
- Mastery of enterprise integration tools and middleware solutions, explicitly Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), Boomi, or custom API gateways
- Strong background working in high-growth, compliance-driven environments navigating strict SOX, GDPR, or CCPA requirements
