Arborist/Bucket Foreman at Lucas Tree Experts overseeing tree care operations and crew management. Responsible for safe and efficient work practices in various outdoor environments.
Must have a minimum of 6 months experience as a bucket foreman.
Must have previous experience in the Tree Industry with a proven safety record.
Must be 18 years of age with a High School Diploma/GED/or equivalent.
Must have a current and valid driver’s license with reliable transportation.
Must be able to work 45 hours weekly.
Must be able to work outside in various types of weather.
Must be physically able to perform the requirements of the position (i.e., walk on uneven grounds, carry 75 lbs).
Must be willing and able to learn how to operate a bucket 75 ft. in the air & operate all equipment safely.
Must be willing and able to learn how to climb trees using the proper tools of the trade.
Must successfully complete your Electrical Hazards certification within 30 days.
Must attain Arborist trainee OTM level within the 60 days (supervisor sign off).
Must be willing and able to obtain a Class 3 Drivers License (paid for by Lucas Tree Experts).
Must be willing and able to obtain, and maintain licenses & certifications as required by the position in order to grow your career (paid for by Lucas Tree Experts).
Must be able to successfully complete a post offer physical & drug screen as well as a background and motor vehicle check.
Must have a clean safety record.
