About the role

  • Product Marketing Manager owning positioning, launches, pricing, and sales enablement for Lone Wolf’s real estate software portfolio. Translating AI capabilities and market intelligence into adoption and revenue.

Responsibilities

  • Own a segment of the Lone Wolf portfolio from end to end
  • Drive positioning, product launches, pricing strategy, and core sales content
  • Keep product messaging aligned with the broader Lone Wolf narrative
  • Translate AI capabilities into practical value for real estate professionals
  • Maintain competitive intelligence and incorporate it into positioning
  • Serve as internal subject matter expert for the product line and target buyers
  • Lead go-to-market launches from market segmentation through sales readiness
  • Execute pilot programs to test positioning and pricing
  • Track launch impact against pipeline, adoption, and revenue
  • Recommend pricing and packaging within the portfolio framework
  • Partner with Demand Generation on pipeline and product adoption campaigns
  • Build sales enablement materials, training, webinars, battle cards, objection-handling guides, and competitive positioning strategies
  • Collaborate with Customer Success on account expansion and retention resources
  • Partner with Demo Engineering on technical demonstrations
  • Conduct customer interviews and win/loss analysis
  • Analyze market trends and product usage data to inform roadmap priorities
  • Own product marketing content including one-pagers, pitch decks, web copy, and case studies
  • Direct content partners and collaborate with product management on translating the technical roadmap into market language

Requirements

  • 4 to 7 years of product marketing experience fully owning a product or product line
  • Working knowledge of residential real estate, proptech, or adjacent industries
  • Proven success building positioning and messaging that the sales team actually uses in the field
  • Track record of leading successful launches through cross-functional influence and alignment
  • Demonstrated ability to use data and metrics to track performance and influence business decisions
  • Daily proficiency using AI tools to accelerate research and content creation
  • Exceptional and highly direct writing skills
  • Ability to move fast and deliver results with limited direction
