Requirements
5+ years in a senior creative role such as Junior ACD or equivalent
Strong design fundamentals including typography, layout, systems thinking, and visual hierarchy
Proven experience designing and launching websites, including UX, visual design, and collaboration with developers
Hands-on expertise in video and motion, including concepting, storyboarding, editing, and overseeing post-production for brand and digital-first content
Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud and Figma, plus social-first video tools such as Premiere, After Effects, or CapCut
Strong working knowledge of AI-powered creative tools, with hands-on experience using platforms such as Runway, NanoBanana, Midjourney, Sora, DALL·E, Firefly, or similar tools for concepting, design exploration, video, and production acceleration
