- set the creative bar through craft, curiosity, and collaboration
- lead, mentor, and inspire designers through clear briefs and feedback
Requirements
- 5+ years in a senior creative role such as Junior ACD or equivalent
- Strong design fundamentals including typography, layout, systems thinking, and visual hierarchy
- Proven experience designing and launching websites, including UX, visual design, and collaboration with developers
- Hands-on expertise in video and motion, including concepting, storyboarding, editing, and overseeing post-production for brand and digital-first content
- Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud and Figma, plus social-first video tools such as Premiere, After Effects, or CapCut
- Strong working knowledge of AI-powered creative tools, with hands-on experience using platforms such as Runway, NanoBanana, Midjourney, Sora, DALL·E, Firefly, or similar tools for concepting, design exploration, video, and production acceleration
