About the role

  • Member Information Insights Analyst managing member data, reporting, and process integrity for Manulife’s group benefits administration business. Supporting client implementations and ongoing benefits plan administration.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and maintain the integrity of AdminAdvantage Benefits Member data
  • Safeguard member data from unauthorized changes
  • Analyze data for compatibility with client setup and provide improvement insights
  • Liaise with AdminAdvantage Administration for new client implementations and ongoing plan administration
  • Provide technical expertise on demographic file requirements and member processes
  • Set up and maintain demographic file rules based on client and member requirements
  • Manage pre- and post-enrollment reporting analysis and updates end to end
  • Complete annual enrollment activities, including Allow Growth & Salary Analysis
  • Identify client impacts and provide data-driven insights to improve service delivery
  • Collaborate with internal teams to share information and support continued learning and development
  • Identify and implement workflow and system process improvements
  • Attend client meetings to gather and document plan member requirements
  • Provide status updates and resolve client issues with internal team members and stakeholders

Requirements

  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel and SQL, including Power Apps
  • Experience with Group Benefits and Benefits Administration is an asset
  • Familiarity with Benefits Administration Systems (Vital Objects) and AdminAdvantage is an asset
  • Proven experience in data analysis and member management
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong negotiation and influencing skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and projects effectively
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, changing environment and adapt to new challenges
