About the role

  • Associate Product Manager supporting Member Experience and Digital Health initiatives at Manulife. Collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver improvements in Member Experience and Health Platform capabilities.

Responsibilities

  • Support opportunity discovery and validation
  • Assist with integration scoping
  • Translate strategy into execution artifacts
  • Coordinate delivery plans
  • Contribute to build vs. buy vs. integrate analysis
  • Recommend KPIs, dashboards, and tracking approaches
  • Help define KPIs for initiatives and support post-launch monitoring
  • Partner with various teams to ensure solutions meet expectations
  • Prepare concise updates and decision logs for product and delivery progress

Requirements

  • 1-3 years of experience in Product, Digital, Technology, Consulting, Business Analysis, or related roles
  • University degree in Business, Technical, or Quantitative field (or equivalent experience)
  • Ability to problem solve and adapt to changing business/technology conditions
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills; able to produce clear documentation
  • Strong relationship-building with cross-functional peers
  • Skilled at managing multiple priorities and tracking details
  • Demonstrated curiosity and growth orientation
  • Able to use data to support prioritization and post-launch evaluation
