- Agile Product Leadership, Collaboration & Delivery: Establish and maintain agile environment, lead multidisciplinary teams, apply user-centered design, manage iterative development cycles, define product roadmap, own product KPIs, remove delivery obstacles. Communication, Stakeholder Engagement & Technical Decision Support: Build collaborative relationships, communicate technical concepts clearly, work with engineering teams, set clear expectations, identify and escalate issues. Technical Expertise: Solid computer science foundation, experience with hands-on development/architecting, familiarity with API design, microservices, cloud infrastructure (Azure/AWS), modern mobile technologies. Digital Credentials Subject-Matter Expertise: Understand technical architecture of digital credentials ecosystem, stay informed on industry standards, assess impact of digital identity frameworks, evaluate technical requirements.
