Responsibilities
Join Clio’s FinTech Team, focusing on payments
Shape the trajectory of Clio’s fintech payments product
Drive successful product outputs and outcomes with Developer and Designer counterparts as part of a triad
Develop a strategic roadmap aligned with the overarching strategy set by the Senior Director of Product
Evangelize the product roadmap throughout the company
Drive customer and market research
Identify opportunities and develop unbiased business cases
Determine priorities supporting Clio’s mission and annual OKRs
Build conviction in investment initiatives and pivot when priorities or new information change
Maintain constant communication with existing, churned, and prospective customers
Develop deep understanding of target markets, complemented by quantitative data
Coach and mentor other Product Managers
Contribute with product leadership to continuously improve the product function
Requirements
Fintech background, preferably in payments, billing, and accounting
Solid financial literacy skills
Experience autonomously developing a strategic roadmap with measurable business impact
Significant product management successes and failures with applicable learnings
Ability to work in a highly collaborative team without ego
Ability to foster strong relationships with stakeholders at all organizational levels
Experience using data to inform decisions
Ability to thrive and deliver amid ambiguity
Ability to operate from a place of customer empathy
Enthusiasm to learn a new, complex domain and humility to ask for help
Track record of breaking down objectives into initiatives and delivering to customers at scale
Proven experience participating in building and scaling a payments business and/or billing systems
Demonstrable experience self-serving answers, insights, and data from various data analytics tools
