Principal Product Manager owning pricing, monetization, and ROI for Inspiren’s AI-powered Assisted Living and Memory Care technology. Partnering across ML, hardware, software, and finance.
Responsibilities
Own strategic differentiation, adoption, and attributable customer ROI for Assisted Living and Memory Care solutions
Own end-to-end packaging, pricing, and billing, including product modularity, willingness-to-pay validation, consent capture, and billing accuracy tied to installs
Partner with Finance on packaging, pricing, and billing
Act as strategic product partner to ML and AI teams across ML, data, hardware, and software
Set roadmaps and success metrics connecting model and device quality, alert reliability, and location accuracy to operational outcomes
Expand AI voice experiences
Build resident baselines that surface episodic and longitudinal deviations
Tie alert setup to resident acuity through the EHR so deviations lead to care plan or care level changes
Collaborate with ML, data, software, platform, and finance teams to ship complex products
Requirements
7+ years of product management experience
3+ years in a B2B organization
Experience building products using LLMs and other AI/ML models
Experience defining and improving model quality metrics such as recall and precision
Experience owning packaging, pricing, and monetization for a B2B product
Experience with willingness-to-pay testing and price realization
Strong first-principles product thinking
Release and discovery discipline
Quantitative mindset regarding ROI, adoption, unit economics, and success measurement
Comfort conducting hands-on discovery and customer shadowing
Proactive ownership and comfort working in an ambiguous environment
Strong communication skills for simplifying complex technical topics strategically
