About the role

  • Lead Product Manager shaping AI-enabled appointment, queue, and video banking software for financial institutions. Driving product strategy, roadmaps, customer value, and responsible AI innovation.

Responsibilities

  • Report to the Chief Product & Engineering Officer
  • Drive company-level growth, product vision, strategy, and a data-driven roadmap
  • Lead multiple core product offerings for financial-institution customers
  • Partner with Engineering to develop platform capabilities and customer experiences
  • Help define the future of the platform using AI and self-service tools
  • Align cross-functional business and technology teams around goals and insights
  • Give product demos and present to internal and external stakeholders
  • Identify and prioritize AI opportunities and translate them into responsible, testable product experiences
  • Develop AI prototypes and customer experiments
  • Support, share knowledge with, and mentor Product team members and Product Owners
  • Improve product management tools, processes, and workflows
  • Manage the product roadmap, milestones, customer requirements, metrics, epics, and OKRs
  • Maintain alignment between Product and Engineering on requirements and product direction
  • Ensure products and releases launch correctly and on schedule
  • Meet customers to understand needs and friction points
  • Validate requirements and products with customers and Customer Success
  • Advocate for customer needs and manage feature requests
  • Conduct product and market research and contribute to product positioning
  • Understand development costs and product overhead
  • Help set pricing to meet revenue and profitability goals

Requirements

  • 8+ years of product management experience
  • Experience in SaaS or banking is advantageous
  • Ability to collaborate with Engineering and market-facing departments
  • Conflict management, change management, and leading by influence skills
  • Technical background, including APIs and integrations
  • Experience working with technical teams on AI-enabled products
  • Practical understanding of LLMs, structured data, model limitations, evaluation, privacy, security, and usage economics
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Growth mindset and professional growth through teaching or mentorship
  • Knowledge of design principles for mobile and web
  • Success defining and launching products that meet or exceed business objectives
  • Experience managing multiple products in parallel as part of a portfolio strategy
  • Strategic and tactical execution skills
  • Business sense and ability to use data to develop and prioritize strategic objectives
  • Ability to travel to customers or the head office, possibly up to once a quarter
