About the role

  • Senior Product Manager owning API-first admin workflows for 1Password’s enterprise password manager. Shaping dashboards, recovery, notifications, and agentic capabilities for organizations at scale.

Responsibilities

  • Own the Admin Workflows area of 1Password’s Enterprise Password Manager
  • Champion API-centric workflows and deliver features that help administrators manage, monitor, and support organizations at scale
  • Shape the roadmap across admin capabilities, dashboards and reporting, notification systems, account recovery, user confirmation workflows, and agentic/MCP capabilities
  • Connect platform decisions to customer and business outcomes
  • Work across partner teams and exercise cross-functional judgment and communication
  • Understand customer problems and define requirements for engineering teams
  • Take a holistic view of customer needs across buyers, users, and administrators
  • Collaborate with Engineering, Design, Marketing, and go-to-market teams to ensure service quality, security, and usability
  • Contribute to and help drive overall product strategy and roadmap priorities
  • Measure product quality and business results
  • Train internal sales, support, and customer success teams as products reach market

Requirements

  • 5+ years of product management experience owning a product or set of features, in B2B or enterprise software
  • Track record of shipping and improving software and driving business impact
  • Experience building for administrator or IT personas, including workflows, dashboards, APIs, or enterprise governance capabilities
  • Strong experience with API-first product design, API development, and API management workflows
  • Technical depth to engage directly with system architecture and developer documentation
  • Action bias
  • Strong focus on internal and external customer problems and representing the voice of the customer
  • Strong presentation and leadership skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences
  • Ability to bring together teams and stakeholders, solve problems, and remove roadblocks
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and use qualitative and quantitative data for decision-making
  • Strong background and experience in cybersecurity
  • Experience training internal teams for go-to-market, particularly sales, support, and customer success
  • Must already be legally authorized to work in the United States or Canada; no work authorization, relocation assistance, or sponsorship/transferring of a visa offered
