About the role

  • Product Manager driving the development and delivery of Horizon, a SaaS platform for aviation operations. Engaging with customers and engineering teams to translate requirements into actionable specifications.

Responsibilities

  • Translate customer requirements into structured product specifications and detailed JIRA tickets
  • Prioritize and manage backlog in partnership with engineering
  • Participate in sprint planning, standups, and release coordination
  • Ensure timely, high-quality delivery of features and improvements
  • Allocate attention to technical debt, test coverage, monitoring, and performance
  • Engage directly with charter operators and corporate flight departments
  • Advise customers on system configuration and best practices
  • Support successful onboarding, including complex data imports and workflow alignment
  • Work with third-party vendors and API partners on integrations
  • Identify opportunities to enhance scalability and operational efficiency.

Requirements

  • 5+ years building and delivering complex enterprise SaaS applications
  • Experience working closely with engineering teams in an agile environment
  • Proven ability to translate customer needs into detailed specifications and engineering tickets
  • Experience with API-driven systems and third-party integrations
  • Exposure to enterprise onboarding and data migration processes
  • Strong interest in aviation; prior experience in business aviation is a significant plus
