About the role

  • Portfolio Manager owning Merative’s cardiology medical imaging portfolio strategy, roadmap, AI, pricing, and cloud migration. Leading cross-functional teams to drive adoption, retention, growth, and margin.

Responsibilities

  • Own the cardiology product strategy and roadmap end to end
  • Drive adoption of cardiology solutions across new and existing customers
  • Lead the portfolio’s move to the cloud
  • Own cardiology pricing, bundling, and positioning within the broader imaging platform
  • Define the AI strategy for the cardiology product line
  • Own product usage, utilization, customer satisfaction, retention, churn, and growth metrics
  • Set a multi-year cardiology strategy and translate it into an evidence-backed roadmap
  • Partner with sales and marketing on positioning, packaging, pricing tactics, and go-to-market plays
  • Lead a cross-functional team spanning product, engineering, design, marketing, and sales
  • Own commercial performance, including growth, adoption, retention, and margin
  • Represent the cardiology portfolio with customers, clinical advisors, analysts, and internal leadership
  • Report directly to the VP, Product

Requirements

  • 10+ years in product management or product leadership, including ownership of a product line or portfolio as a business
  • A track record of driving growth — adoption, expansion, and revenue — not only shipping features
  • Experience with pricing and packaging: bundling, tiering, and positioning a product within a broader platform
  • Strong commercial partnership skills — worked hand in hand with sales and marketing to win markets
  • People leadership: built and led high-performing product teams
  • Clear, plain communication — credible with clinicians, executives, and engineers alike
  • Background in cardiology, cardiac imaging, or the cardiology device / software market (nice to have)
  • Experience leading a product line through a cloud or SaaS migration (nice to have)
  • Familiarity with enterprise imaging, PACS, or clinical workflow (nice to have)
  • Fluency with the product operating model and experience leading empowered teams across product, UX, and engineering (nice to have)
