About the role
- Bilingual Hub Patient Services Specialist supporting the Patient Support Program on a 12-month contract. Providing administrative and operational support for patient service delivery in a fully remote environment.
Responsibilities
- Support patient enrollment and onboarding processes in accordance with program requirements
- Respond to inbound and outbound patient and provider inquiries using approved scripts and materials
- Assist in coordinating communication between patients, healthcare professionals, pharmacies, insurers, and internal teams
- Perform data entry and document processing (e.g., enrollment forms, reimbursement documents, lab or infusion records)
Requirements
- Bilingual (English/French)
- Post-secondary education (college diploma or equivalent)
- 0–2 years of relevant experience in customer service, healthcare administration, or call center environments
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow structured processes
- Basic computer proficiency (Microsoft Office, data/document systems)
