Responsibilities
Support patient enrollment and onboarding processes in accordance with program requirements
Respond to inbound and outbound patient and provider inquiries using approved scripts and materials
Assist in coordinating communication between patients, healthcare professionals, pharmacies, insurers, and internal teams
Perform data entry and document processing (e.g., enrollment forms, reimbursement documents, lab or infusion records)
Requirements
Bilingual (English/French)
Post-secondary education (college diploma or equivalent)
0–2 years of relevant experience in customer service, healthcare administration, or call center environments
Strong attention to detail and ability to follow structured processes
