About the role

  • Provide customer service and administrative support for sales team at Medisca, a healthcare solutions company. Handle client inquiries and support in diverse wellness disciplines.

Responsibilities

  • Answer all incoming calls and assist customers in obtaining information or direct them to the appropriate department
  • Greet visitors in a friendly and professional manner
  • Provide customer support regarding products, services, and policies
  • Assist customers using the appropriate resources
  • Provide troubleshooting assistance for orders, account status, and other issues
  • Handle customer complaints and ensure customer satisfaction
  • Assist the sales team in processing orders via incoming phone calls and emails
  • Enter customer orders into Creatio and print shipping documents for the warehouse
  • Manage sales, customer service, and fax inboxes; forward purchase orders to sales representatives and respond to customers as needed
  • Assist with international shipments, freight consolidation, and supply chain solutions
  • Liaise with carriers to arrange tracking and follow-up
  • Coordinate with warehouse and quality teams to process returns and customer feedback
  • Stay informed about new products, features, and industry trends
  • Propose improvements to the sales process
  • Assist with license verification and completion of supplier forms for customers, as required
  • Assist with invoicing and payment processing, as required
  • Support collections for overdue accounts
  • Assist headquarters with customer account reconciliations, as required

Requirements

  • High school diploma minimum
  • One (1) year of customer service experience
  • Experience working in a call center, head office, and/or a pharmacy is highly valued
  • A university degree is not required but is an asset
  • Excellent communication and listening skills; proficiency in English (spoken and written) to communicate with customers outside Quebec
  • Multilingualism is an asset
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage stress effectively
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work as part of a team
  • Responsible and discreet in handling confidential matters
  • Attention to detail
  • Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint) required
