• Generate new ideas leading to innovative, differentiated and potentially patentable products and formulations by applying scientific expertise and monitoring emerging pharmaceutical trends, including personalized medicine
• Lead or support formulation/reformulation projects from concept through product launch, including scale-up and commercialization, ensuring technical feasibility and manufacturability
• Design and execute experiments to develop new and optimized formulations
• Conduct literature reviews, perform market research and monitor emerging technologies relevant to compounding and related industries
