About the role

  • Sales Support Representative supporting customers and sales operations for Medisca’s pharmaceutical ingredients, services, and healthcare solutions. Handling inbound sales, orders, complaints, and administrative data entry.

Responsibilities

  • Support the sales team and provide an exceptional customer experience
  • Respond to customer calls and emails
  • Perform administrative and data-entry tasks
  • Support customers with questions about products, services, and policies
  • Use relevant resources to assist customers
  • Troubleshoot orders, account statuses, and other issues
  • Communicate with internal and external customers
  • Stay up to date on new products, features, and industry trends
  • Create and process orders in a timely manner
  • Process complaints and ensure customer satisfaction
  • Prioritize administrative responsibilities
  • Recommend improvements to sales processes
  • Document and report adverse events involving healthcare professionals and patients in accordance with the company’s pharmacovigilance procedures for Canadian customers

Requirements

  • College diploma; a college diploma with scientific training is an asset
  • At least one year of experience in a call centre or sales support environment, or three (3) to five (5) years of customer service experience
  • Understanding of sales principles and customer service practices
  • Ability to develop sales of products and services
  • Strong listening skills; highly customer-focused and professional
  • Strong analytical, multitasking, and time-management skills
  • Excellent teamwork, motivation, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to build rapport, establish trust, and be authentic
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, Teams, and Excel) required
  • Experience working with a CRM; Creatio is an asset
  • Fluency in French and English, both spoken and written, required
  • Ability to communicate daily with suppliers and customers located outside Quebec, where English is the primary working language
