About the role

  • Business Analyst bridging business needs with CRM and ERP systems at Medisca, a global healthcare solutions company. Leading requirements, process mapping, UAT, and system implementations.

Responsibilities

  • Lead requirements-gathering and elicitation sessions with stakeholders from sales, operations, finance, warehousing, and customer service for CRM and ERP initiatives
  • Document current-state and future-state business processes, including process maps, workflow diagrams, and gap analyses
  • Translate business requirements into functional specifications for development and configuration teams
  • Collaborate with CRM and ERP teams to define the scope of enhancements, integrations, and data migration efforts
  • Support end-to-end system implementation projects: discovery, design, UAT planning and execution, training, and post-launch stabilization
  • Identify and document integration points and data flows between the CRM, ERP, and adjacent systems
  • Facilitate design decisions among competing stakeholder priorities and document trade-offs and their rationale
  • Own UAT planning, including test case design, defect triage, and stakeholder sign-off
  • Support change management, end-user training, and user documentation
  • Maintain business process documentation and requirements traceability
  • Contribute to project governance, including status reporting, risk and issue tracking, and stakeholder communications

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree, or equivalent experience, in business administration, information systems, or a related field
  • 4+ years of experience as a Business Analyst supporting enterprise CRM and/or ERP systems
  • Hands-on experience with at least one major CRM platform and one major ERP platform
  • Strong business process modeling skills, including BPMN and swimlane diagrams
  • Proven experience planning and executing UAT
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple concurrent projects and competing priorities
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, Teams, and Excel) required
  • Experience in a regulated industry, multi-entity deployments, a data migration methodology, or a business analysis certification (CBAP, CCBA) is an asset
  • Strong attention to detail and accountability
  • Demonstrated decision-making and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently on cross-functional and ambiguous initiatives
  • Solutions-oriented mindset and the ability to constructively challenge a solution that does not address the underlying business need
