About the role
- Senior AI Engineer developing Python, LangGraph and LangChain agentic AI workflows for Miratech’s enterprise clients. Integrating conversational AI, backend systems and observability into a centralized platform.
Responsibilities
- Develop and enhance AI agents and orchestration capabilities using Python, LangGraph and LangChain
- Build and extend AI-enabled guided workflows within the platform
- Contribute to conversational AI and chat-based experiences
- Implement agent planning, orchestration, tool invocation and response-synthesis capabilities
- Integrate AI agents with enterprise backend systems and services
- Support integration patterns using Model Context Protocol (MCP) and Agent-to-Agent (A2A) communication
- Work with AI observability and telemetry capabilities, including Arize
- Collaborate with engineers and subject-matter experts to accelerate platform development and business use case delivery
- Troubleshoot technical issues, improve solution reliability and continuously enhance AI capabilities
Requirements
- Strong hands-on Python programming and application development experience
- Practical experience with LangGraph, including agent workflows, stateful orchestration and AI-driven execution flows
- Experience developing LLM-powered applications with LangChain, including integrating tools and external services
- Solid understanding of agentic AI, including AI agents, planning, orchestration and tool-calling patterns
- Experience integrating applications with backend services and enterprise systems through APIs
- Familiarity with Arize or comparable AI observability and telemetry platforms
- Hands-on experience with Model Context Protocol (MCP) and Agent-to-Agent (A2A) communication is nice to have
- Experience building conversational AI or chat-based experiences in production is nice to have
- Experience working on a shared, centralized AI platform serving multiple business use cases is nice to have
