Responsibilities
- Design and develop a variety of AI solutions (agent systems, RAG, extraction pipelines)
- Lead AI projects from design to production implementation
- Ensure the transition from prototype to a robust production-ready solution
- Collaborate with design, development, and product management teams
- Explain AI concepts to non-technical team members and clients
- Monitor developments in the AI ecosystem and share findings
Requirements
- Hands-on experience developing AI solutions
- Passionate about artificial intelligence and results-oriented
- Knowledge of traditional software development and AI development
- Strong understanding of the AI models available on the market
- Experience with modern frameworks (LangChain, LlamaIndex, OpenAI API, etc.)
- Familiarity with languages such as Python, Elixir, or TypeScript
- Self-driven and proactive
- Comfortable working in a client-facing environment
