Requirements
- Passionate and results-oriented
- Good communication skills in English and French
- Strong back-end development experience (Elixir, .NET, Python)
- Significant DevOps experience with AWS or Azure, Terraform, Docker, GitHub Actions
- Understanding of security and observability concerns
- Solid foundation in AI and AI-assisted tools (GitHub Copilot, Cursor, Claude Code)
- Self-driven and takes initiative
- Strong grasp of software development and architecture concepts
