Responsibilities
Create and edit high-converting user acquisition video ads for paid social and programmatic channels, including Meta, YouTube, and Unity
Cut, pace, and polish short-form, mobile-first video ads in 9:16, 16:9, and 1:1 formats
Rapidly create creative variations and conduct A/B testing of opening hooks, gameplay clips, sound design, overlay text, and calls to action
Ingest, organize, and prepare raw footage, UGC creator clips, screen recordings, static graphic assets, and audio tracks
Collaborate with Creative Strategists, Copywriters, Motion Designers, and UA Managers to turn campaign briefs into high-impact deliverables
Create deliverables tied to performance metrics such as CPI, IPM, and ROAS
Monitor social media editing trends, TikTok-native formats, fast-paced game trailers, and viral editing styles
Support user growth through performance-focused creative decisions
Requirements
2 to 4 years of professional experience in motion graphics and video editing, ideally within mobile app marketing, direct-response advertising, or digital agency environments
Strong working knowledge of Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects
Supporting skills in Photoshop and Illustrator for asset preparation
Genuine passion for mobile games
Understanding of mobile gaming visual language, UI/UX framing, and gameplay pacing
Interest in understanding the data behind creative performance and how framing, hooks, and visual pacing affect retention and conversion
Good ear for audio editing and sound-effects placement
Ability to use kinetic typography in short-form, mobile-first video
Portfolio or reel showcasing clean video editing, dynamic motion typography, strong pacing, and engaging digital content
Familiarity with AI-assisted workflow tools such as Midjourney, Runway, and Photoshop Generative Fill is a plus
Basic experience with 3D elements, Cinema 4D, Blender, or playable ad formats is a plus
