- Product Manager leading SaaS product strategy, roadmaps, and launches for Modern Campus. Improving engagement, operational efficiency, and student success across higher-education institutions.
Responsibilities
- Define and execute product strategy, roadmap, and priorities aligned with business objectives and customer needs.
- Leverage customer feedback, market intelligence, competitive research, and product analytics to identify growth opportunities.
- Partner with UX, Engineering, Data, AI, and Go-to-Market teams to deliver customer-centric solutions.
- Own and prioritize the product backlog.
- Define KPIs and success metrics and use data to drive decisions.
- Drive product launches and change management activities.
- Evaluate AI, automation, and emerging technology opportunities.
- Act as the voice of the customer and subject matter expert.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a related field.
- 4+ years of Product Management, Product Ownership, Business Analysis, or SaaS experience.
- Experience working in Agile environments.
- Strong analytics, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to influence cross-functional teams and drive outcomes.
- Higher education technology experience preferred.
- AI-enabled product experience preferred.
- Experience with product analytics tools preferred.
- CSPO or similar certification preferred.
