About the role

  • District Sales Manager leading up to six mall sales locations for Canadian fintech Neo Financial. Driving profitability, CAC efficiency, training, and Store Manager performance.

Responsibilities

  • Own the financial performance and profitability of a designated district encompassing up to six mall locations
  • Directly manage and develop up to six Store Managers
  • Drive sales, key performance indicators, operational standards, and efficiency across district locations
  • Optimize Customer Acquisition Cost (CAC) through performance management and cost assessments
  • Recruit, onboard, and provide ongoing professional development for Store Managers
  • Lead large-scale sales representative onboarding sessions during mall launches
  • Deliver company and product training to Store Managers and sales representatives
  • Ensure adherence to Neo’s operational frameworks across mall locations
  • Support use of Google Suite, Slack, and company data dashboards
  • Analyze performance trends and metrics to drive continuous improvement
  • Manage a schedule and travel daily between mall locations based on operational and training needs
  • Provide guidance, coaching, mentorship, and support to Store Managers

Requirements

  • Ideally 7+ years of direct-to-consumer sales experience, preferably in door-to-door, mobile sales, credit card, or financial product sales
  • Significant experience managing field sales teams
  • 7+ years of proven management and leadership experience
  • Track record of managing teams of 10 or more individuals, including field sales teams
  • Over 7+ years of experience developing and delivering effective sales training programs
  • Strong, existing network of high-performing sales representatives
  • Proven ability to drive profitability and manage performance across multiple locations
  • Strong understanding of and experience managing Customer Acquisition Cost (CAC)
  • Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
  • Strong understanding of data analysis and ability to interpret data dashboards
  • Self-motivated and highly organized; able to manage a schedule and travel independently within the district
  • Valid driver's license and access to a reliable vehicle
  • Successful candidates must undergo security screening, including a criminal records check and credit check
