About the role

- Call AI-prequalified leads for four hours each day using the Power Dialer
- Confidently open conversations, generate interest, and qualify leads
- Handle objections such as “I don’t have time,” “I’m not interested,” and “Send me some information”
- Schedule qualified appointments for Setters
- Accurately document calls and appointments in Close CRM
- Ensure that scheduled appointments actually take place
Requirements
- Native-level German proficiency
- Relaxed, friendly, and confident on the phone
- Skilled in objection handling
- Experience in telesales, appointment setting, or telephone-based customer service
- High standards for appointment quality
- Reliable and self-motivated working style
- Available at fixed times for four hours each day
- Quiet workspace, stable internet connection, and headset
