About the role

Functional Lead delivering Salesforce Agentforce and AI implementation projects for NeuraFlash, an Accenture company. Managing customer relationships, project scope, financials, schedules, and delivery teams.

Responsibilities

Manage overall delivery of Agentforce and AI implementation projects, particularly projects leveraging NeuraFlash products and solution accelerators
Act as functional lead, overseeing and shaping the overall solution and managing day-to-day work and customer relationships
Guide customers and the NeuraFlash team in defining use cases and business outcomes
Transition customers from sales to project delivery by reviewing SOWs and partner-funding POs, defining project roles and responsibilities, and facilitating kickoff and client onboarding
Plan, monitor, and manage project financials, scope, and schedule
Serve as the primary day-to-day client contact
Facilitate or co-lead regular status meetings with project teams, sponsors, and stakeholders
Manage NeuraFlash project team members delivering the solution
Report documented and measured outcomes for live solutions before project closeout
Stay informed on internal initiatives, products, and solutions to foster innovation and project efficiencies

5+ years of experience as a delivery leader overseeing AI-related implementation of business solutions on Salesforce or AWS platforms across all phases of project delivery
Outstanding verbal and written communication skills to audiences of all levels
Experience working in a professional services/consulting environment
Experience leading delivery as a project manager or scrum leader
Experience with estimation/sizing and SOW/Change Order contracting
Certified Salesforce Admin certification plus Sales Cloud or Service Cloud Consultant certification
Demonstrated track record of writing SOWs and Change Requests and managing scope
