• Manage multiple, simultaneous ERP implementations and customer engagements
• Maintain overall control of project schedule, budget, and scope
• Plan, organize, lead, and monitor project team activities
• Build project plans and schedule resources
• Ensure project plans and work products are based on approved requirements
• Ensure sufficient resources are available for all project activities
• Prepare management deliverables and use them to conduct projects
• Notify the Client Steering Committee and Client Project Manager of open issues and submit resolution recommendations
• Maintain regular contact with the Client Project Manager and provide project progress status
• Track deliverables, Project Change Requests, decisions, and outstanding issues
• Negotiate commitments and changes with affected groups
• Update documents and project work plans for approved Project Change Requests
• Keep Professional Services Managers informed about their customers and facilitate engagement where appropriate
• Work closely with the Professional Services Team to ensure solution delivery and consulting engagements achieve expected results and customer satisfaction
