Technical Lead managing Power Platform and D365 Sales solutions and teams for Nexus Innovations in a hybrid work environment. Overseeing project delivery, ensuring quality, and enhancing team growth.
Responsibilities
As Team Lead, you will wear two complementary hats: a technical solution expert on Power Platform and D365 Sales (CRM), and the people manager for your team.
Technical lead & solution expertise (70%): Pre-sales & architecture
Act as the solution expert during client meetings and instill confidence
Contribute to the preparation of service proposals and responses to calls for tenders (RFPs)
Participate in estimating proposed solutions and defining technical architectures
Identify business opportunities with existing partners
Implementation & delivery (hands-on)
Oversee the team in delivering their projects and actively participate in implementing Power Platform and D365 Sales (CRM) projects, contributing as a hands-on Power Platform Specialist
Deliver high-quality solutions that meet defined business objectives
Ensure established delivery quality standards are followed across the team
Adapt solutions to clients' changing, evolving, or emerging needs
Client advisory & business analysis
Understand business needs and translate them into technical requirements
Select, propose, and facilitate workshops to structure and scope a project
Actively contribute to the project's backlog
Participate in developing roadmaps and help clients prioritize their technology transformation
Team management (30%): Manage, motivate, and develop your team (one-on-ones, career goals, training needs, performance, etc.)
Oversee day-to-day HR operations: salary reviews, time off, recruitment, onboarding of new employees
Recognize your team's contributions and maintain a high level of engagement.
Requirements
Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience with Power Platform (implementation, architecture, pre-sales)
Proficient with Model-driven Power Apps (required)
Proficient with Power Automate for building flows and automations (required)
Experience with Dynamics 365 Sales (CRM) (required)
Experience working in a consulting environment with external clients (required)
Bilingual: French and English (English is required, as we have some anglophone clients)
Experience in team management or technical leadership (asset)
Microsoft certifications (asset)
Knowledge of Microsoft 365 or other Dynamics 365 apps beyond CRM (asset)
