• Create a network of peer-to-peer scientific relationships and develop a network of healthcare professionals for partnership
• Provide and discuss scientific information and data to ensure concepts are understood and gather insights to inform Novartis research and strategic direction

• Lead end-to-end delivery of clinical studies from site initiation through study close-out
• Drive study execution, tracking progress, timelines, risks and mitigation plans across assigned countries
• Partner with global and local teams to achieve recruitment, quality and data delivery goals
• Chair study team meetings and act as the primary operational contact for assigned studies
• Monitor study performance and resolve operational challenges to maintain delivery against commitments
• Champion compliance, patient safety and quality standards throughout the clinical trial lifecycle
• Support continuous improvement initiatives and inspection readiness activities across the study portfolio

• Review and approve corrective and preventive action plans addressing audit findings
• Provide expert guidance and training on audit activities
• Escalate critical compliance issues and support timely mitigation activities
• Maintain expertise in evolving regulations, industry standards, and quality expectations
