About the role
- AI Developer Co-op developing and deploying AI agents to improve nuclear operations at NPX. Engaging in full-stack development to enhance user experiences and operational efficiency.
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deploy AI agents that solve real problems and enhance user experiences.
- Own and develop new features for our products and build upon existing functionality.
- Support the transition from prototypes to production by contributing to front-end/back-end integration and basic testing.
- Continuously and rapidly refine ideas through feedback, data, and ongoing experimentation.
Requirements
- Experience with AI development and full-stack development.
- Proficient in React, Next.js, Python, Azure, Minio, Weaviate, Ollama, Postgres, and Redis.
- Must be studying a post-secondary program.
- Must be legally eligible to work in Canada.
- Must be comfortable with the travel requirements listed in the job posting.
- Understanding of the need for a nuclear security clearance as a condition of employment.
